Having revised its Corporate Governance rating up to 9.44, TSKB has been the institution with the best rating in BIST Corporate Governance Index year to date.
Standing out for its pioneering practices in Turkey in the field of sustainable banking, Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) has received the highest rating among the companies in "BIST Corporate Governance Index" year to date. Following the review made by SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services, Inc. under the weighted sub sections of Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, and Board of Directors, TSKB's corporate governance rating was revised up to 9.44 over a 10-point scale.
